B2B Wholesales Manager
-
Manage internal or external sales or target resources to assess market and product opportunities

Partner with Account Managers when pursuing potential new customers through new customer launch, including customer visits, site tours, presentations, research, etc.

Enhance and implement current strategic plan in order to drive exceptional and predictable revenue and gross profit growth

Improve the speed and success of new product introduction through research, relationships with key customers and vendors, and process improvements

Evaluate and identify cost and selling margin associated with customer orders and projects in order to drive profitability

Build a team from scratch, and provide team leadership through effective communications, coaching, training, and development

Build solid relationships with the executive team and key company stakeholders to achieve goals of the division
